Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples was born in the US and is an actor, singer and actress. She is best remembered for her role as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama as well as Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). The year 2015 saw her was in her role as Jerrica Jem for the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy & Ashley have raised her in Lake Mary Florida. She also has a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. Her speech was the valedictory of her school at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree on her entry again the second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was also seen in the film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. In the second season, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples revealed her bipolar illness during an interview she conducted to NKD Magazine. Indiewire included Peeples among the top actors aged under twenty years old in September 2014.
